L'objectif

Create a friendly and immersive promotional film, designed to project the future tenant into the daily experience of the complex. The objective is to showcase, in an engaging and natural way, all the premium services presented (dining, fitness room, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, metro proximity, and dedicated bike facilities) and the modern professional living environment, all while strictly avoiding a didactic tone.

Notre proposition

The video will follow the journey of a typical user's day within the complex, aiming to highlight all the spaces and convey the venue's dynamic atmosphere. Aerial shots (drone) will emphasize the distinctive architecture and strategic location. The narration will be accompanied by a warm and engaging voiceover. The complex's rhythm and energy will be accentuated by quick and fluid editing, enhanced with Motion Design, and supported by upbeat music.
