"Hello AZvideo, we need to make a presentation video of our future managers linked to the Olympic Games - any ideas ?"
Create corporate content for internal distribution, aimed at elevating each manager to brand ambassador status. The film will draw inspiration from athlete presentations in stadiums to establish a dynamic and unifying staging. This approach will strengthen the link between the sporting values of the 2024 Olympics and the managers' professional qualities, thus promoting team cohesion and collective energy.
We designed a stylized artistic direction, inspired by sports presentation codes, to showcase each manager through their favorite sport. Filming was done on green screen, with precise lighting, facilitating creative post-production. This integrated futuristic Motion Design, easily recognizable music synchronized with the sport's energy, all aimed at highlighting their individual qualities and team spirit, within a friendly and unifying atmosphere.

Logistical efficiency was our priority, and the experience proved both smooth and engaging.
We set up a temporary studio directly within Banque Populaire’s premises - a convenient choice that allowed us to gather the 23 managers involved.
Installation was completed in a single morning, and over the next two days, each manager took turns participating in the filming.
Individually directed, everyone played along with enthusiasm, often bringing an accessory related to their sport.
This on-site, dynamic approach created a relaxed atmosphere where good humor met professionalism.
Many participants were amused to discover how demanding it can be to perform in front of the camera - an experience both fun and eye-opening.
Thanks to this collective energy, filming went very smoothly and without pressure.
After two intense yet enjoyable days, we wrapped up our equipment feeling motivated and inspired to bring this impactful presentation to life during editing.
